Effective date: September 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of I'M RUNNING LATE (the "App"), made by Wheelhouse Forms LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App's Emergency button opens an Emergency screen with two actions, each requiring your explicit confirmation before anything happens:
Call whenever you're able to — it's faster and universally supported. Only use the text option if you truly cannot speak. The App is not a replacement for your judgment in an emergency, is not monitored by us or by any emergency service, and cannot guarantee that a call connects, that a text is delivered, or that your location is accurate (location depends on your device's GPS/network signal and your permission settings). We are not liable for any harm resulting from a failed, delayed, or inaccurate emergency call or text made through the App.
I'M RUNNING LATE helps you quickly notify someone that you're running late, with an estimated arrival time, a reason, and an optional voice memo — sent via a text message you review and send yourself. It also includes a personal Vault for storing photos, documents, saved message scripts, and voice memos locally on your device, and a Calendar view that reads your on-device calendar to suggest who you might be meeting.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:
You are responsible for confirming that any message actually sent, and any information in it, is accurate before relying on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wheelhouse Forms LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed messages, inaccurate ETAs, being late despite (or because of) using the App, or any emergency situation where the App's "911" feature was used or relied upon instead of contacting real emergency services.
Photos, documents, scripts, and voice memos you store in the Vault, and any contacts or destinations you save, remain yours. They're stored locally on your device — we don't have access to them and can't recover them if you delete the App or lose your device. Back up anything important through your device's own backup system (e.g., iCloud/Finder device backups).
You agree not to use the App to send false, harassing, or fraudulent messages, or to misrepresent an emergency to another person.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard App Store license terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the update.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
