Effective date: September 3, 2026
Wheelhouse Forms LLC ("we," "us") built I'M RUNNING LATE ("the App"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it.
I'M RUNNING LATE has no servers. There is no account, no sign-in, and no backend we operate. Everything the App stores — your delay history, saved contacts and destinations, Vault photos/documents/scripts/voice memos — lives only in the App's local storage on your device. We do not receive it, see it, or have any way to access it.
The App requests the following device permissions. None of this data is transmitted to us; it is used only on your device, in the moment, to run the feature described.
When you send a late notice, the App composes a text message and hands it to the standard iOS Messages composer. You review and send it yourself — the message goes directly to the recipient's phone through your carrier or iMessage, the same as any text you send manually. We never see the content or the delivery status.
Because everything lives locally, you control it directly: delete individual items (history entries, Vault files, saved contacts/destinations) from within the App, or delete the App itself from your device to remove all of its data at once. We have no copy to delete on our end.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the update.
